Nelly was accused of rape in October of last year. Prosecutors did not file charges against the rapper mainly because the accuser would not cooperate or fully participate in the investigation.
The woman who accused Nelly then filed a lawsuit against him.
That lawsuit has been dropped.
TMZ is reporting that Nelly settled with the woman financially. His lawyers say no money was given. The accuser’s lawyer says her client received a financial settlement.
This is reportedly the second time Nelly has been accused of sexual assault.
