Hall was arrested Wednesday for DUI and felony child endangerment. Police say Hall’s son was in his lap steering when the vehicle went off the road and hit a parked car. No injuries were reported.
Hall’s drug-alcohol level was three times the legal limit.
His son was released into his wife’s custody.
