Lil Nas X: Comes Out as Gay and Hear Stars Reaction

Most folks have been nothing but supportive of Lil Nas X coming out, but some stars have mixed reactions.

Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood’s Milan Christopher is absolutely in favor of the 20-year-old living his truth. Milan says the “Old Town Road” rapper will be a great role model for LBGT youth and his positive example could literally save lives by telling kids “it’s okay to be Gay.”

Meanwhile, another Love and Hip Hop star, Bobby Lyte, was just trying to shoot his shot. He called Lil Nas his “Man Crush Monday” and posted, “Somebody tell Lil NasX I’m tryna riiiiidee till I can’t no more!

And then there’s Boosie Badazz, who didn’t win any new fans with a homophobic comment at Lil Nas’s expense. Boosie commented on TheShadeRoom, “Well now you know what he was riding on the “Old Town Road” with a purple eggplant emoji to drive home the point.

Hot Takes:

  • Gotta love the stars who like to try and turn the focus of the conversation from what everyone’s talking about to… themselves.
  • Boosie, keep your ignorance to yourself and go back to whatever rock you’re living under.
  • People are too quick to get offended these days. He was just cracking a joke — something Lil Nas does all the time on social media.
  • Could you imagine Lil Nas joining the cast of Love and Hip Hop?
