Future’s bodyguard is declining to press charges against the guy who sucker-punched him in Spain.
Local law enforcement indicated that there is no investigation because nobody came forward to press charges. Without an official complaint, the Civil Guard has no interest in pursuing the alleged attackers. The law states that unless the victim of violence is a minor or a woman, or dies as a result of the attack, that a complaint needs too be registered before police will begin to investigate. (TMZ)
