Another day, another senseless shooting — this time at a Walmart in Southaven, Mississippi.
A gunman opened fire inside the store this morning (Tuesday), killing two employees and wounding a police officer who was saved by his bulletproof vest. He’s expected to be OK. The shooter was eventually shot by an officer and taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
Police say the gunman was a former Walmart employee who’d worked at the store for 25 years before he was recently fired. (WATN-TV)
