New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady plans to play for at least two more years. According to ESPN, he’s finalizing a contract extension with the Super Bowl champs.
Under the new deal, Brady will remain with the Patriots through the 2021 season and will make $23 million this year. That’s an $8 million raise.
The new deal will make Brady the sixth-highest-paid quarterback in the NFL.
If he hadn’t reached a new deal, Brady would have become an unrestricted free agent following this season. (ESPN)
