A restaurant valet who claims TV’s Judge Mathis spit on him when he took too long to retrieve his Rolls Royce, says he has the DNA evidence all over his shirt.
Greg Mathis admits to yelling at the valet outside the Detroit restaurant but strongly denies spitting on him. He says he witnesses who will corroborate his story. But the valet says there are witnesses who saw Judge Mathis spit on him, and a lab test of the saliva on his shirt will prove it.
The incident is under police investigation. (TMZ)
