Kevin Hart‘s bank account could be the next victim of his September 1st car crash.
TMZ says the other people who were in the classic car are getting ready to sue the comedian over the accident, which injured Kevin as well as well as the driver and one other passenger.
They’re expected to sue, claiming he’s negligent because his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda didn’t have safety harnesses or airbags.
But the driver and the custom car company could also be looking at suits.
Meanwhile, Kevin has returned home after three weeks in the hospital and rehab.
