Lauryn Hill will drop her first solo song in five years next month.
The former Fugees front woman recorded a new track for the Queen & Slim soundtrack. This is her first release since 2014’s “Black Rage (Sketch).” Still, she’s remained active, if somewhat inconsistent, as a touring artist. She’s also been sampled on hit songs by Drake (“Nice for What”) and Cardi B (“Be Honest.”)
