Ronnie Ortiz-Magro won’t be charged for kidnapping.
The Jersey Shore star was arrested earlier this year after he allegedly dragged his baby mama Jen Harley on the ground against her will. But according to TMZ, the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office says the incident doesn’t meet the criteria for kidnapping. He could have gotten eight years.
But he’s not out of the woods. Sources tell TMZ the LAPD is “strongly pushing for Ronnie to be hit with felony domestic violence instead.”
