LORI LOUGHLIN: Daughter’s are No Longer Students at USC

As Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli wait to learn their fate for their role in the college admissions scandal, USC is confirming that their daughters are no longer enrolled there.

The university registrar released a statement saying Olivia Jade and Isabella Giannulli, who were accepted to USC as a result of their parents paying $500,000 in bribe money, were no longer students at the university, but gave no other details.

Loughlin rejected a plea deal similar to the one that Felicity Huffman accepted and instead pleaded not guilty to fraud and money laundering charges. She is awaiting trial and prosecutors have said they will seek a more substantial prison sentence for her. (USA Today)

Hot Takes:

  • It’s unclear if either of the daughters are enrolled in another college.
  • Huffman was sentenced to 14 weeks for paying only a $15,000 bribe. Loughlin and her husband paid $500,000. They can definitely expect a much longer sentence.
  • Maybe Loughlin and her husband will accuse each other of being the mastermind. Watch her husband get more prison time than her.
