A source close to Jay-Z says Hov is disappointed with Colin Kaepernick.
Jay helped broker an opportunity with the NFL for Kaep to demonstrate his skills and potentially get back into the league. But after Kaepernick canceled the NFL-organized workout and decided to stage his own, just 30 minutes before it was supposed to start, Hov thinks he turned it into a publicity stunt.
