Harvey Weinstein has coronavirus and is now in solitary confinement at Wende Correctional Facility in Western New York, the Niagra Gazette reports.
Prison officials said he’s one of two inmates who have tested positive.
Weinstein, who’s serving 23 years for rape, was recently transferred to the state prison from Rikers Island in New York City. He also had two stints in Bellevue Hospital, where he underwent a heart procedure.
The Niagra Gazette says he already had COVID-19 when he entered Wende.
