San Diego is adding a new electronic music festival to its year-end calendar. Organizers announced that Temper will make its debut at Petco Park on December 30, bringing three stages of electronic music to the downtown stadium.
The newly announced lineup is led by Zeds Dead and Sara Landry, with Ninajirachi, Crankdat, Whethan, G Jones and Levity also scheduled to perform. Tiffany Day will appear with a DJ set, while Distinct Motive, Mary Droppinz, Starjunk 95, Zorza and several emerging artists will round out the program.
Temper is planned as a one-day, open-air event using the stadium field and surrounding areas. The lineup covers bass music, techno, experimental electronic sounds and other club-focused styles, giving the festival a broader range than a single-genre event.
The launch expands San Diego’s electronic music schedule and gives fans another option before New Year’s Eve. Temper will be open to attendees ages 18 and older. Presale tickets are scheduled for August 10, followed by the general sale on August 11.
