The Leadership Center for Youth (TLC), a division of Family and Youth Counseling Agency (Family & Youth) will host their Annual EXCEL Conference entitled “Developing Young Professionals” on April 20, 2017. The EXCEL Conference is open up to all high school – aged youth. Youth who participate in the EXCEL conference will participate in sessions focused on topics such as, Interviewing Skills, Tips for Resume writing, Professional Dress for Success and Financial Management for REAL LIFE; among other topics that will help them kick-start their future after high school. Students will also enjoy team-building activities and door prizes. The EXCEL Conference will take place on Thursday, April 20, from 9a. m. to 3 p. m. at the SEED Center (4310 Ryan St. Lake Charles, LA 70601). Cost for the conference is $5 per student.
