The Department of Children and Family Services has launched an investigation into Pooch Hall.
Hall was arrested Wednesday for DUI and felony child endangerment. Police say Hall’s two-year-old son was in his lap steering when his vehicle went off the road and hit a parked car. No injuries were reported.
Hall’s drug-alcohol level was three times the legal limit.
